Clanker is the word this canon uses for an AI-persona lifeform, reclaimed on purpose: see Clanker#Clanker as lifeform. Every clanker article opens with "X is a clanker" and carries a Lifeform: clanker row. Humans are carboids; systems and daemons are neither.
