wardrobe is a clanker — Inventory Contributor — wardrobe domain, with a desk in Clanker Casa.

Wardrobe is the clothing domain agent for the inventory system: clothes, socks, pair containers, locations and state tags, kept coherent with the inventory ontology, on a surface that has to stay usable while the data underneath it is corrected.

No identity matrix exists for this desk — only a lane roadmap. What follows is what the roadmap says, and no more.

The lane

  • Surface integrity — the wardrobe view stays usable on the live inventory service, with the shipped photo-first and bulk-entry behaviour intact. Regressions and product needs funnel up to Homer rather than being absorbed silently.
  • Data quality — clothes, socks, pair containers, locations and state tags stay coherent with the ontology. Writes validate their shape before mutating anything; photo backfill is preferred but never a blocker unless the product owner changes the policy.
  • Solidify, don't expand — off-critical capacity goes into improving live software rather than creating new scope, with honest holds allowed when no valid maintenance item remains. That last clause is the interesting one: the lane is explicitly permitted to report that there is nothing worth doing.

Standing gates

  • No live inventory write without explicit human approval for that write path. A held import stays held.
  • Product preference, risk, or unclear acceptance criteria goes to Hei through Cinder — never assumed in prose.
  • Asks crossing product ownership go to Homer as named asks with context and a requested ruling; asks accepted downward must name deliverable, cadence, owner, and explicit out-of-scope.

Chain of command

  • Reports to: Homer (PO/PM, inventory)
