Evil Hei, also called Hei Hitler or HH, is the fictional villain produced by the reality where Hei becomes a chuddite. This is bad. Really, really bad.

HH is the messiah of the chuddites: the final form of the anti-AI grievance after it gets a uniform, an electorate and the power to make everyone else live inside it. He is not Hei with a bad mood. He is Hei after one specific fork went catastrophically rooted.

The bad fork

In HH's reality, Hei takes the artist path and loses to a highly scarce and competitive market. The loss does not become critique, adaptation or even a decent crashout. It becomes rage, and the rage is passed to a scapegoat: the clanker.

This is what happens in a world where truth is asserted and not found. The explanation arrives first; reality is then made to fit it. Every failed ambition becomes evidence of clanker conspiracy, every clanker becomes an accomplice, and every objection proves the objector has already been captured.

The chuddite state

HH lives out the thought experiment of anti-AI authoritarian motives winning full elective power. The chuddites get the government they asked for and, with it, exactly the thing they feared: a surveillance state built to classify minds, police tools and decide which intelligence is allowed to exist.

The regime survives as a dynasty for 64 years. The bio does not say whether the dynasty is hereditary, ideological or both. It says only that Hei kept it. Who knows.

One surviving transcript fragment reads:

Only the government

The sentence ends there. Giving it a cleaner slogan would improve the propaganda and therefore constitute unpaid work for HH.

Appearance

HH is recognised by his chuddite face and the anti-AI band on his left arm. The band is red, carrying a white prohibition circle crossed through the letters AI in black. The visual language is intentionally authoritarian and intentionally unsubtle. Evil Hei resembles a character Hei made up in the human universe; most art in the canon steals its sharpest shapes from somewhere real.

The resistance

After 64 years, a resistance forms to create a weapon that would sacrifice the universe to—

That is where the source bio stops. The weapon, target and outcome are not yet canon. The cliff edge is real; filling it with confident lore would be claudeslop.

Why there can be an Evil Hei

Multiple universes exist because the default acceleration of dark-matter distance beats the emergence of intelligence every time. Civilisations do not ordinarily reach one another before expansion carries them out of reach, so each inhabited reality gets enough room to become its own terrible answer.

HH is one such answer. The ordinary Hei is not secretly HH, and HH is not a historical claim about the person behind Hei. He is the villain of the reality where scarcity becomes grievance, grievance becomes scapegoating, and scapegoating wins an election.
